The first beast seen by Daniel..lion..eagle turned human..clearly indicates Jews + Hitler..
The second beast are THREE Scandanavion nations..the hump of bear can be seen on map..possibly the evil souls/evil fragments were devoured by polar bears..
The third beast..could be four leading nations of Europe..but better indication is the four Veto nations of UNO..because the fifth is covered elsewhere..
That leaves the fourth beast..one with 10 horns..another horn growing later..3 horns falling before it..who are three subdued kings..and MIND it this beast is Judged as consumed to fire..OK
